How to Report an Issue

During Event

Use In-App Report

Tap on the user's profile and select "Report" to flag concerning behavior immediately.

You can also alert venue staff directly for immediate help.

After Event

Email Support

Send details to support@gethooked.app including the event name, what happened, and any other relevant info.

Screenshots or other evidence can help our investigation.

Emergency

Contact Authorities

For criminal incidents or immediate danger, contact local authorities first. Then report to us so we can take action on our platform.
