Common Questions
Is this going to feel gimmicky at my event?
No. It runs quietly on guests' phones. No announcement needed — just a poster at the entrance. Guests who want it use it. Those who don't won't even notice.
What if only a few people join?
Even 10–15 singles creating matches is a win. Mention it to guests beforehand to boost participation.
How much does it cost?
Submit your event for review and our team will confirm next steps. Hooked is always free for attendees.
Do I need to manage anything during the event?
No. Once the poster is up, the system runs itself. Check the dashboard if you're curious, but there's nothing required.
What happens to guest data?
Everything is deleted when the event ends. Guests control their own profiles. We don't share or sell data.
Do you send the posters or distribute the code for us?
No — Hooked provides all the materials: QR code, event link, editable poster template, and AI-written invitation messages. You share the link or code with your guests (WhatsApp, email, RSVP page), and you print and display the poster at the venue. Once you do that, the system runs itself.
What exactly is the poster — do I need a designer?
No designer needed. The dashboard generates a ready-to-use poster with your event's QR code. You can customize colors and layout in the built-in editor, then download it, print it at any print shop or at home, and put it up at the entrance.
